What exactly is his connection to Rutgers?
What was jacob young’s connection ? Plays close by and I’m sure would want to move up a level. From florida and shoes has a lot of florida connections .

I wouldn’t call this premature. If and when Geo/JY leave after this year we need to replace some scoring in the back court. It’s no secret next years roster will need an upgrade via the portal if we want to be competitive in the Big 10

There will be a s load of guards in the portal. There will be quite a few guards that will be disappointed by lack of interest.

i am really not worried about losing guards next year, Alhough I’d really want to keep Jacob.

again.... power forward is a pre 2010 term.

unless we have visions of Cliff being a 3 point shooter I don’t see a fit.

No chance of young in the nba with 1 more year at RU?

They were talking about Carr and the nba.

Please. Plenty of folks have been ok the ledge this year including you. The level of hypocrisy is astounding.

Dude...there’s a HUGE difference between being “on the edge” - which I was no doubt - and the level you take thing to...OFTEN!

It’s all good in the end, don’t get me wrong, but “know your lane” lol!

Which was what exactly? Not unbridled enthusiasm for the way we have played at times this year? Criticism where warranted, esp on the coaching staff? Look I’m bored with engaging people on my perceived negativity which I perceive as honesty. Don’t like it ignore me

Back to the topic of transfers... Taking a low-major guy is a risky bet. For every Mike Smith there's a handful of EJ Anosikes and Dimencio Vaughns.

If Pikiell feels really good about a guy (like with Yeboah) then that's one thing, but otherwise I would focus my attention on mid-majors and guys from other power conferences (like how we got Jacob Young). So like this guy EJ Stephens? Meh. If his teammate Justin Jaworski was interested and was okay with 12 minutes a game, I'd take him. Xavier Johnson from Pitt would be a great replacement for Young.

SIAP that a PG is a huge need if Geo and/or Young leave.
