I didn’t mark this as OT because I’m hopeful that we get in and sent to Starkville. Kendall had us as his second team out yesterday, but we just no-hit Rice to make it to the C-USA final. Living in Colorado now, so don’t get to go back to Mississippi as much as I would like. If we happen to get in and get sent to Starkville, I will be going with my State brother. That ball park looks incredible. You guys should be proud.

I’m pretty sure that we need to win tomorrow. If we lose we’d be around 52 or 53 in the RPI and 3-6 vs top 50. That’s not at-large material. D1 has us as the 3rd team out currently.

If we do make the tourney, I want nothing to do with Starkville or State. Your team reminds of the Arkansas team that we played last season. Would much rather go to Atlanta and have to knock off GaTech.

Buddy, you’re looking at it all wrong. Our pitching outside of 1 or 2 guys is absolute trash this year. We have some really fun hitters to watch and some decent defenders. We aren’t winning a regional no matter where we get sent. So IF we get in, I just want a fun regional experience. I want to see the new DNF. Besides, I don’t get to go back to Mississippi very often, and even though I love my adopted home state, Mississippi will always really be home. I miss the hell out of it at times.

I thought Southern plaued great defensively. And I agree it's a good possibility they get sent here.

It's been a bad day for teams on the bubble. And Ohio State is trying to steal another spot on B10 Network.

Atlanta also an option. It’s within 400 miles of Hattiesburg which means the NCAA can bus us there.

A #3 in ATL with a Big Ten #2 is best case scenario for USM.
