Widen lane - Great idea and while you’re at it back up 3 pt line to make basketball more than 3 pt contest with dunks.
Reset fouls - The intent is good as eliminating 1 and 1 works for me. Plus I think they are trying to go to quarters without having to adjust the 16/12/8/4 TV timeout rules. Going to quarters would likely just add another timeout for commercial money. I’d prefer quarters with three breaks per half. But with longer breaks for more commercials to make up for two lost breaks per game
Laptops - Why not?
Foul rules - Too confusing. Six is too many for a 40 minute game. NBA games are 48 minutes so it is still 8 minutes per foul. Or maybe at the start of any overtime any player with five fouls goes back to having four. Everybody doesn’t get an extra just guys the fouled out before that overtime started
Held ball - What do you do on a loose ball after missed shot? Ref now has to decide if possession was gained. Don’t make it more subjective for refs.
Last two minute fouls - How about all fouls in final 2 minutes are three shots? That is no dumber than their proposal. Or maybe make shot clock 20 seconds after two minute mark. Or maybe let the team who gets fouled choose who shoots the free-throw’s from among any player on the floor.
Last 2 minute TOS - Sure if it speeds up game. Traveling - No No No. And how about calling palming to put some more skill into the game.

No need to widen the lane. They never call the 3 seconds anyway.
Bring back jump balls.
6 fouls? Ok
Being able to decline free throws? I like it. It speeds up the game.

Concerning block/charge. Don’t eliminate them, but when it’s very close as to which one—a no call is better than a call could have just as easily went the other way.

Eliminating it is one of the stupidest ideas fans have come up with for the game. It needs reform but there is no workable option for getting rid of it entirely. "Defender has to get out of the way" breaks defense entirely.
Negative, no one says the "defender has to get out of the way." How about just play some defense. What really irks me is the off ball defender stepping in and taking a charge.

If the so-called “off ball” defender is able to step in and establish legal guarding position on the ball handler before contact, then he’s no longer the off-ball defender.

I’ll play devil’s advocate on the held ball. Too often refs call held ball where they should have called a foul or where they should have let play continue. This proposed rule is gonna result in some undeserved turnovers.
