I like Chandler but if he’s asking for 3 million, don’t let the door hit him on the way out.
I know I keep saying it, but Pope caused this when he massively overpaid last year. He left no room to scale up.
The no contact tag and leaving the door open just means he is giving us the opportunity to outbid. No thanks.
I had this guy who worked for me that got upset and quit after we installed a new vinyl plank floor in an apartment building after he asked for a raise.
This guy was good at installing flooring in a room but I had to stop what I was doing and keep trying to teach him how to cut out around door jams and any cut really except straight ones.
I tried everything to teach this guy but he just could not finish the job so he was paid ($23 hr) accordingly to his skill. He thought he deserved more money. I disagreed and he quit.
Chandler is a good basketball player but there then a couple of shots in the clutch, he seemed to have more off games then good ones.
