I used to be a Spurs fan, and once he started his liberal BS several years back, I quit being a fan of both the Spurs and the NBA as a whole. Went back all the way to their ABA days, with Ice Man and Artis Gilmore.

I don't know Gregg how many black kids have been killed...versus say how many white people have been killed by police?

Also note the murder rates in cities with NBA teams are higher than cities without NBA teams.
But agrees that it is ok for China to enslave millions to work in their factories....
Some people, Pop being one of them, feel the need to provide their opinion on every issue and subject, no matter how unnecessary it is...people like hearing their own voice and being attention whores.
My BIL has lived in SA for over 30 years. His bank (he on the board) handles most of the Spurs banking as well as coaches, players and owners. He has been to many events with him and he is out there. He is starting to turn off a lot of people who have supported SA since day one. What's interesting is David Robinson and Tim Duncan won't get involved in this stuff and they live there.
His act is going to start wearing thin now that he's not winning championships...especially in San Antonio, TX. Regardless of his politics, he's been a dick forever.
I seen a film once meant to promote quality work. In the film the management of a Chinese Fridge factory was marched out in front of all the workers ( 1000 or better ) and executed for bad quality work and a new management team was installed . Now how do you compete against that ? This wasn't actors.
I think he is a really good coach and I liked him because he won championships in a small NBA market.
I changed my likes on him when he got into the political ********. If he was/is honest about his comments and would have commented on the hypocrisy and bad policies on BOTH SIDES of the aisle......I would feel differently.
