I won't link it because I think its absolutely disgusting for someone to spend 8 months clearly trying to ruin the life of someone who they just don't like. You have google.

For someone who has put himself out there and is one of the most up front and honest celebrities in the sports media business, I'm honestly surprised more articles like this have not come out. The morons who engage in hit pieces like this and call it journalism should be held accountable, but they never will be. They will continue to try and silence the media companies who refuse to be controlled, and who refuse to bend over to woke society and big pizza. More and more people are onto it, and you can't cancel the uncancellable. You can take to the bank. Too many people have his back in 2021.

A “journalist” from business insider basically tried to interview any every woman that Portnoy had any contact with, fishing for impropriety.

Cost of doing business for the Portnoy business model

Video of him in rough sex + his general attitude and commentary toward women appeal to his customers, but also set himself up for some pretty crazy accusations. I can't comment on whether or not he's being justly accused - his schtick could be an act for all I know and is a complete gentleman. But I bet he's about to write a check and regrets some of the things he's said in the past...

There should not be a cost for being popular in a certain circle, if you’re not doing anything wrong. In our society right now, being accused of being a racist or a sexual predator is irredeemable. It’s not just an accusation that should be thrown around because you don’t like a person

Unfortunately, we don't live in one. In the ideal world, a Dave Portnoy and all the uncouthness and controversy that comes with him doesn't exist either.

They stop short of accusing him of crime. One even said they wouldn't call the experience sexual assault. The article is more them taking about how he is a creepy aggressive POS with a bunch of other snippets of terrible **** that he's said over the years. It's a make Dave Portnoy look bad article, not a send him to jail article. Again - only skimmed maybe I missed a part where they said they intended to press charges.

It's not like it's my actual expectation - but yeah, if I lived in an ideal world people would live up to my ideals. If it makes you feel better, I can put of with lots of ******** including Dave's dumb sense of humor - which btw would get me swiftly kicked off this board if I cracked some of the seedier ones.

Innocent of what ? It was admittedly consensual sex. So he likes to beat it out of the frame. Not everybody is a prude. There was no accusation of anything illegal.

The story came out DURING the conference call, sending stock down another 10%. I didn't think the quarter was that bad. Delta variant slow down. Beat on revs. Anyhow, the timing of this smells.

I have to say, I hope this “journalist” weighed out the pros and cons of going after Portnoy like that with the type of dedicated social media following he has. This will only make him stronger, bank on it.

It's really hard to not make enemies somewhere if you're outpoken. I wonder how much of this piece is from people who just want to take him down. I like Portnoy and Bar Stool for being uanashamedly male and guyish about sports. I see largely harmless stuff from them. But, I don't really know much about Portnoy nor to I regularly follow Bar Stool (I like our guy there, though). But, if this is true, even if it was consensual, I'll reevaluate my opinion of him. Single dudes in their 40s would love to bang a lot of young hotties and there isn't a shortage of them willing to hookup with rich, famous, older guys. I don't particularly like morally denouncing others and what you do in the bedroom is your business. But, some of that stuff I read is just creepy. I'd rather not know about someone's fetish especially if it involves dominating and humiliating someone else. Dude needs to realize that he might not be the master of his own destiny as a single man and just get married. It's been mentioned on here and this is true for most men: Find a woman to love, have some kids, and if you're like most married men with kids and loving wife, you'll be happy and satsified in life. Stop acting like these young women are like pizza reviews. That's hard, though, when so many are likely willing to jump in bed with you. Men often envy guys like that who just do whatever they want in life. I'm glad I didn't have those options available.
