Does this final 4 run get him a better job? These are his records at Loyola Chicago
7-23
15-16
10-22
24-13 (CBI champions)
15-17
18-14
32-5 (NCAA FINAL 4)

Is this year an outlier? Does he leave Loyola Chicago for a better job?

He may not want a better gig. He will probably get the greg Marshall treatment and thrown a huge amount of money to stay their and coach

Pretty sure he got fired from his last job. Wouldn't pay a guy for one final four run of luck

U think he’ll stay they’re? How ya been
Lol go say hi to your boy. I don't think it's out of the realm of possibility. He may actually enjoy being there as opposed to going to a bigger school. He may want to go coach Utah like his mentor rick majerus did

Doubt he’d even want to move across town to DePaul. Seems to have found a good niche where he is.

He was at Illinois State and I went to many games. He couldn't recruit, couldn't get along with boosters, or his players and was pretty much a giant butt nugget to any one he came in contact with. He gave the impression that he was too good to be there and no one could figure out why.

Seriously doubt Loyola will give money to a coach at that level. That kind of school just doesn't throw money at sports the way a school like Wichita State does.

This is Moser's 3rd head coaching gig. Looking at his career, he seemed to be on the fast-track early, getting a HC job at 32, spending 3 decent seasons at Arkansas Little-Rock, then jumping to Illinois State by choice. Then he stalled out- 4 years at Illinois State, fired, back to being an assistant for 4 years.

So he can look at it 2 ways. That this is potentially a big payday (almost certainly somewhere besides Loyola), or be happy with the job security he's given himself, and stay right where he is.

I have not looked at his roster, but have heard he has a good team returning. He may not want to leave. If he can do this two years in a row, the NBA may offer him a job.
