I don’t think they do. Are they really locked in until they start classes? Who was the OL that we picked up and turned around and went to OU? And how did that all transpire?

I get that. I’m just curious, going forward, at one point can we feel confident that someone who says they are coming to Nebraska are locked in.

I've read several stories about entering the portal, but nowhere did they explain when the transfer is truly locked in so other schools can't snatch them from the school they agreed to transfer to.
