I've been bullish on this team and Pope but you can't lose this game. That's bad.

Look at the bright side. Next year will be worse and then mark gillespie will be gone.
Coming up with excuses:
year 1) short notice team
Year 2) injuries
Year 3) who knows?
they were just happy to cover the spread against Florida.

Yay!!!! Another 10 loss season and no wonder we can’t get a recruit. Completely unacceptable and sorry but this is the roster he put together, I know Lowe and Williams are out but not an excuse for a horrendous substitute pattern in the first half. Like someone said in another thread, we are now UCLA & IU.
Love the enthusiasm Pope brings but wow. This is beyond unacceptable. . Turn it around now or move on down the road. I’m open to year 3 but if this continues, fire him mid year and let’s move on. Losing to UGA, just not ok.
The sub pattern in the first half doomed us. Head scratcher for sure.
Mike White just made Pope his *****. He out coached Mark and made it look easy. Better prep, better game plan, better subs, better adjustments, better everything, including talent and staff. This is a glaring indictment on Mark Pope. Guy has problems that I don’t think can be solved.

He has terrible feel for the game. We will get a lineup that gains back momentum and here comes back the lineup that put us in that hole. He can kill a run faster than anyone..

He can’t get out of his own way. Was going 2-0 against Tennessee great? Yes. Was winning at Arkansas fun? Absolutely, but you give all the momentum back when you lose to mediocre teams (both Missouri and Georgia are that) at home. The two steps forward one step back stuff is ridiculous and it’s the phrase I’d use to describe his two years.
C'mon, lol. Pope knows there are knuckleheads on this roster he needs to jettison. Have some faith that he's going to hit the portal hard to try and get some proven experience back in here.

I don’t trust him to construct a roster after this year honestly. He can’t recruit stars, that is obvious. He will try to bring back the same guys who can’t play in these games. He’s already said this multiple times.
That’s because he’s built like a man. Moreno will be good, but he’s a year away from being a player to count on at least.
Good guys finish last. We need a good coach not a choir boy.

Not trusting Pope with the roster is an understatement. He is already planning on running it back with most of these guys. You probably would too if you have been turned down by top talent as much as he has been.
Jasper is unplayable most nights. Not sure why because he has some talent.
