Do you trust Mississippi State’s current administration, specifically Mark Keenum and Zac Selmon, to make the right decisions about the future leadership of the football program?

  • Yes — I have confidence in their judgment.
  • No — I do not trust them to make the right decisions.

They made the Arnett as HC decision. Yeah I know the "gotta keep the signing class together" argument but how well did that work out?

Then they made the Lebby as HC decisions. Then they let Hutzler stay around as putrid as he was. They created the present situation.

Does that answer the question?

Nope.

Have they made a single good football decision yet? Byrne hired Mullen. Cohen hired Leach (which, in retrospect, caused much of this chaos).

Selmon yes, Keenum I don't trust to be objective.
To clarify, if anyone cares....it appears to me from things he does that Keenum is very beat-Ole-Miss focused. He may be more objective in practicality but it makes me wince when he throws that out at introductory press conference like it's not understood already.

And to add, it's fine to be that, but it doesn't have to be said out loud explicitly so often by Keenum. Makes me think you don't care as much about beating the other eight schools on the schedule, who we also need to be working hard to beat.

Based on the current football HC and his record through 2 1/2 seasons. No I cannot.

Another hire may be on the horizon. Men's BB.

I trust Selmon more than I do Keenum. I think Keenum’s living in 2010

I'm in the maybe, leaning to NO, camp

I think Selmon has done some really good stuff, and I am impressed, but Lebby being his friend presents a tough situation that he is going to have to navigate (as in STATE bigger than friendship. Keenum, I just don't know enough to say either way.

what I do know for me personally, is that we started the season strong and I could see the desire to win in the product on the field, and what I have see the past 2 weekends......was low effort, and I hate that b/c I want to be a supporter, but I also know there is a point when this relationship is just not being productive
