Picked the last one. Among other reasons, you need good foul shooters and guys that can knock down a three if necessary, in the last 2 minutes, and hopefully don’t turn it over.

This wasn't a choice, but this is what I'd go with:
Young, Baker, Harper, Yeboah, Johnson.
Pluses= experience, shot making, rebounding, shot blocking, foul shooting
Negatives = decision making (Young), foul shooting (Johnson)

The problem with our team is that you just can't predict which players are going to play best from game to game. EVERYBODY is inconsistent, so there really IS no "best lineup."

Pike just needs to play the lineup that is working in a particular game. Last night, Mulcahy and Yeboah and Young were the best players in the 2nd half, so they needed to play. Other nights, it's Harper, Myles, and Baker. Etc.

Yet Steve sat them. And they didn't appear on the floor together in crunch time of the 2nd half.

Yeboah must be on the court at crunch time because he can score around the basket as well as from the 3 point line.

I know we lose out on interior presence, but I have to consider Carter over Myles in the end of a tie game.

Look at the FT% difference

Carter is a much better foul shooter but Myles is better defensively. Tough call.

Went with Baker-McConnell-Yeboah-Harper-Johnson. Less chance of an egregious turnover or bad shot and better foul shooting. Good size and despite Johnson's shaky FT shooting he has to be in for rebounding/shot blocking/tip-ins.
