Had to go with Trent. Wouldnt have won the game without those 3's in the second half.

I'm going with Carter. I know Trent was a man the last 8-9 minutes of the game, but without Carter being a man most of the game, we probably have no chance. His rebounding and presence inside was something else. The staff I think slipped a pill into Duval's water and must have calmed him down too. He played like a ymca kid with adhd for 30+ minutes, then was smooth as silk the last 7-8.

I went with Gary, but completely agreed that Wendell’s impact could not be understated. We’re not in that game without either of them yesterday.

Wish I could split it between Carter and Trent but since I can’t I gave it to Trent, but Carters rim protection in the middle of the zone was huge! It’s great he’s starting to go straight up and not pick up fouls. That’s going to be huge down the line

That two-handed bully block was so awesome. My son was going nuts seeing that.

Really have to go with Trent, what a performance. He was stone cold and just drove a stake in their hearts! Also, have to give a big shout out to Carter, he was just taking the game over while Bagley was out. He was more dominant during that period than I have seen him thus far. This was a huuuuuuuuge win for this young team on the road!
Go Duke!

I went with Trent, what a shooting performance in the second half.

But there has to be an honorable mention for Carter. That block was ridiculous. It was more like a hybrid block/steal. It was like he just went up and took the ball off the other player's hands.......like "gimme that!!". I wonder if Guru Gary keeps track of those???

I was just glad to see Trent be more aggressive and driving some rather than standing around the three line the whole game. He gets the game ball.

I went with Carter. Had a double double in the first half and made some huge defensive plays in the last 10 minutes. That defense sparked a lot and deflated Miami quite a bit.

Such a great win and the only negative thing one could say about that ending is that we need to make a concerted effort to get the ball into either Grayson or Gary's hands for end of the game free throw situations. Love Tre, but his strength isn't at the free throw line. Get the ball to Grayson or Gary when it's obvious the other team has to foul to stop the clock. It will be like when we had Tyus and Quinn where we'll have no worries about icing the game!

Agreed, that's why Miami fouled Tre before we even inbounds the ball.

Carter. Thought he had A LOT of key stops at the rim along with all the other great stuff that he did. It was close though.
