1. We should play zone. Yes we should (at least at times) but it's not going to happen.

2. Get the ball to Bam inside. Yes we should but the 3 guards that play 35 min a game regardless of how they are playing are not going to do it.

3. Stop switching on every pick. Yes we shouldn't as it continues to give the other team the advantage but it's not going to change.

Not their fault. But Briscoe has been of his game...has to get it right. And Willis has to play 100% effort the whole time he is in the game. He can be a huge contributor , but is not talented enough to "take plays off." And he can't pass up wide-open threes at the end of the game

Brisco will continue to play 35 min/game regardless of his production on the floor. I should have listed that as #4.
