I know this is the Tulsa site, but we need something football to discuss


Several years ago, OU won thw Big 12 but was left out of the College playoff, because the big 12 did not have a conference championship game


So how does nd get In to the Playoff? They will no play in a conference cchampionship game. Hell they don't even play in a conference.

Compare schedules and ou holds a slight advantage. Nd plays a lot of name teams that used to be good. Great job of scheduling.

If Notre Dame beats SC in Los Angeles Saturday night, they’re a lock for the playoffs. Going undefeated with a win over Michigan puts them in. OU needs to win out & hope Michigan loses.

Regardless, it looks like no one is going to beat Alabama this season.

I actually think UCF would be ND, but ND does have the win over Michigan and that is enough, going undefeated the rest of the way. I don't think OU has the D to be in the invitational and perhaps we will see that tonight vs. WVU. A nice appetizer for the big TU basketball game late.
