Why do teams get a 2 year grace period when they r over the limit for enrollment?

Don't quote me but I thought that it was an anomaly for the school to be over the enrollment.

I'm not really sure.

Why should that matter if u r over u r over, how’s that fair to the teams that follow the rule?

Like I said. I don't even know. If you look in the football manual on the NSAA website you'd be able to find out.

All previous six-man schools were eligible for the playoffs for two years. After two years, the rules apply to all of them just like any other class. So, Harvard would be in a grace period for next cycle.

I am sure someone has figured this out this year? What are the percentages of schools that make the play-offs? Counting larger schools 16 in and 8-man 32 who qualify. I think 6 man 16 qualify? Also, leaving out schools that are in-eligible.
