Tulane has looked like the better team in most aspects of the game. Theyve been better at the plate and fielding unquestionably. Their starting SP has looked better too.

Im glad we got into their pen yesterday. Hopefully we can today as well.

It is frustrating. I never feel like we’re totally out of it, but everything looks difficult right now.

Getting runners on base, getting runners to move, getting runners home.

Keeping them off the bases and closing out an inning defensively.

It’s February, but it’s frustrating to watch, especially against a chirpy AAC team.

Always tough to watch, but it’s an opportunity to earn toughness. There’s definitely a lot more to be gained by struggling (and still winning) than just making it look easy against lesser opponents.

If we can hold on and win the series, overcoming the bush league antics by Tulane could be a big boost, especially for the younger guys.

Well, we sure earned ourselves a lot of toughness this weekend.
