The only thing missing for Lundquist and Spanarkel were their pompoms. I've never heard announcers cheering more openly for a team than those two. Even Kellogg wasn't that in the 2011 game with Ohio State.

We are regarded as such favorites this year, anytime a team plays us tight the announcers and any other non partisan is going to get excited. Surely you guys are smart enough to understand that.

There were numerous occasions during the broadcast Spanarkel let a "there ya go!" slip when UC scored.
