Hope you are bro, most of us have been sitting on pins and needles, losing sleep, anxious etc..I'll be the first to congratulate you,if true, but if not...:uzi:
I think "most of us want PJ to play" is a less dramatic, more accurate statement. Or maybe I don't take this stuff serious enough.

Please just stop. You don't have good sources, because I KNOW for a fact what your saying is true. I don't think it. I LITERALLY know what you are saying is incorrect. I must say though you are very good at lying. I'm actually quite impressed with how knowledgeable and respectful you sound. Good job.

Ok. We’ll find out on friday. One of us has to be right

You are promoting it as fact, not opinion. If you preface with My opinion, or in my opinion, that is all it would be; however, when you say the following

Without ever stating it as opinion, which you did not, that is stating it as factual.

Cal never recommends players sit out to their benefit. Can you ever point to an actual instance of this? What you said has no proof to support and is legally slander/libel/defemation. And that is a fact. Enjoy your palm!
Legally slander/libel/defamation on a internet college basketball forum. LOL I don't need to preface anything with my opinion it literally shows my username next to my comments. He has said multiple times that he will not force a player to play who is hurt ala rick pitino and Derek Anderson. its not a bad thing. its for the benefit of the players and their careers. enjoy your legal dictionary Matt jones. created an account just for this thread I see

My sources expect PJ to play on Friday. Unsure in what capacity (min restriction, etc.) but that he will dress.
Expect him to continue wearing the boot this week to minimize potential swelling.

Somewhere, Bilas is sobbing into his SmartWater.

Will happily divulge my sources to a mod to provide proof that I'm not trolling.

Go CATS
Sweet this is amazing news

PJ Washington has played his last days in a UK uniform. Doesn't want to hurt his draft status and look immobile on the court, which sucks because we need him against Houston but its the right move for a guy thats going in the lotto. Stop with the BS anon sources you don't know anything that everybody else doesn't.
This **** should get you permabanned

This just says he's connected to UK through a doc, doesn't say anything about that being his source.

My thoughts were his sources are with the staff or UK, not through a doctor.

Libel - a published false statement that is damaging to a person's reputation; a written defamation. "PJ Washington has played his last days in a UK uniform. Doesn't want to hurt his draft status and look immobile on the court" unless you have proof of this, by legal definition you have committed libel. Regardless of message board or not. Clearly you are a layman on legal matters.

A username displayed doesn't alter the fact you are promoting your statements as facts and not opinions. When you say something in the affirmative without prefacing it as opinion, you are then stating it as factual. Good Lord, basic reading and comprehending isn't your enemy. Just give it a try.

Not forcing an injured player to play is not telling a player to sit out out protect their draft stock. Particularly a player with no real guaranteed draft position. He played injured last year while in a similar draft position to this year. That kind of blows a whole in your whole theory.

I'll deal with the last part of your quote because the first two paragraphs are not basketball related and are not based in fact nor are they legal arguments for a public internet basketball forum.

His draft stock last year was no where close to what it is this year. he was borderline first round most likely 2nd last year. he's a lotto this year and his draft stock. Calipari is a good coach for not forcing players to play injured. He has said multiple times that he's preparing kids for their future not playing to win championships.

Well I will say its not like the OP is very likely wrong . I mean the odds are he is playing as he has no structural damage it is simply an issue of swelling and pain . SO even if the OP is making it up ( which I doubt since he is willing to tell the mods his sources ) he will end up being right.

In general when a new person with sources says something if it makes sense I give them a chance and if it is out there I don't .

I know, because you can't! :joy:

Try again. PJ Ranges from 2nd rd, to 20th to 15th pick. I can find no mock drafts where he is in the lottery at this point. Just like last year. Him not playing does nothing to aid that. It is a completely baseless and ignorant argument.

He increased his stock from 2nd round to borderline lotto this year. That is not the same as last year. thats not baseless nor ignorant. if he makes his injury worse or looks immobile on the court it will hurt that draft stock. I don't know why you picked your head up from your Harvard law book we are talking basketball on this forum.
