My sources expect PJ to play on Friday. Unsure in what capacity (min restriction, etc.) but that he will dress.
Expect him to continue wearing the boot this week to minimize potential swelling.

Somewhere, Bilas is sobbing into his SmartWater.

Will happily divulge my sources to a mod to provide proof that I'm not trolling.

edit: I stand corrected...this is not the guy who kept saying it was a fact...my bad
WTF...yours sources told you last weds he was not playing again at UK.

Bro, dont let these downers get to you. Cal could come on here and say something and people would question it. Its just the way of the message board. You dont need to verify or anything else. Just pass along what you hear and let the reader decide what they want to believe. Again, for some reason, I feel good about you and your posts. He never said he got info from a doctor directly - he said he got info that he's expected to play in some capacity. That could easily be from any person directly related / connected to the team, AFTER the cast has been removed and doc gave his opinion to team staff.

So it's entirely plausible that the medical "HIPPA" part has been done for a while, info passed to team, and team has made the decision internally on how they think this weekend will go. Then that info leaked to the OP's source.

Thought he was removing the cast today. So is he back in a boot the remainder of the week? I hope he’s been staying active in some capacity if at all possible.

I just texted my other source and he said he has checked in three times today and they are being very “hush hush” about the whole events of today. No News is good news is how I’m going to look at it.

It's an account that was started Friday. This isnt coming from a trusted poster or an established poster risking his reputation. Of course it's gonna be questioned and scrutinized.

Thanks OP! Great news!

Not that it matters, (I'm curious nonetheless...) but have you heard how the injury happened? Was it really him kicking a wall/dunking with his teammates after the UT game? Or did it really happen in the UT game? Again, it doesn't matter - I'm just really curious now.
