Didn't see the game today because I was at work but the Pitt fans are bellyaching about Northwestern cheapshots causing concussions to several of their starters.

I assume it's just sour grapes?

The weren't cheap hits. It is sour grapes.

Yes. McGee was running to the ball ans bumped by a Pitt player to hit Conner, Washington was incidental as Peterman was being dragged down.

Possibly the best bowl game up to this point. Hard hitting, tons of lead changes, pit had a shot to tie ihe game but turned it over.

If you watch the replay, Peterman drops his head at the last second right into the past of Washington's tackle. Completely incidental with no intent.
