He should sue his plastic surgeon, he might actually win that one.
All kidding aside, I heard a rumor in town that he is HIV positive and that was the real reason for the Cleveland Clinic visit a few years back. It would make sense as to how rough he looks and his inability to remain faithful to his wife. Take it for what it is worth. He deserves all the grief he is getting for his mismanagement and disloyalty issues, but I wouldn't wish HIV on my worst enemy. He really needs to get some rest and take some time off to reassess his life and how he wants to spend the rest of it. Life's too short to dick around in a courtroom for years over more money than you could even spend in a lifetime. His life compass is broke.

If you got beat down like he has from Team Cal the last few years you would not look as good as he does. The Sypher lady is so much better looking than him. He needs a complete makeover as he will never get a TV job with that ugly face? He may have to go to radio?
Relax buddy. Magic Johnson, Charlie Sheen and many other celebs have come forward to draw attention to HIV and the need for a cure. Just commenting on why he may look so rough. This is no different than the 1000 other posts I have seen on this board about his rumored STD and visits to the Cleveland Clinic.
