No. Most of Pike’s players love him, Mag and EO are outliers and they suck.
The one and done players are the only good players on the team. This team would go win less in the B1G without them getting blown out every game

In pike’s defense though - these transfers were praised when we got them. Appears they just aren’t big time. And yes..that falls on Pike. But who knew they’d choke….
Ace should dribble up to the foul line and shoot free throws on the move....
EO definitely does not suck lmao. Guy was first team all-pac 12 and actually logs solid minutes in the NBA.

this all sucks because I really think Pike is a good man and would have loved for him to succeed but I really believe this program is in trouble in the NIL era. Schools reload every year with talented transfers while we pick up low major reaches. He’s not cut out for this era.

For what it’s worth these transfers are good players in their own right - the BIG is just a different animal and they aren’t good enough athletes to keep pace even though they try hard. This is super disappointing though but if you’re being honest not surprising - this is Rutgers’ MO.

As I already told you, I have found our games very entertaining. The neutral observer woulld say the same.
I always appreciated our defense. As I have said you a million times, there have been opportunities to improve our offense through better combinations that would’ve given more offense and “sacrificed” some defense.

There is certainly a correlation between people leaving in ****** ways and later making douchey comments. Cam and Eugene both fit into that category. I do not recall PM saying anything negative.

Pike is definitely more of a players coach and is probably not the type to lay into players. Some will think that’s good and some will think it’s bad.
