To be honest, Pitt has been selling better since they hired Narduzzi, have to win first.

True, but a few things:

Start counting butts in the seats, not tickets sold..

Without the ND game in 2015 you still averaged about 25-30,000 empty seats per game.

Stop relying on the opposing team to fill your stadium.
