Taylor is far and away the best option at qb if he can play. I ain't saying Puckett is Drew Brees. But State fans are making to much of Puckett and the goose egg.

We should have had a TD early. Ball hit Evans in the hands in the endzone. Also States 98 team went down there with Madkin and was shutout for 59 minutes... and there have been other shutouts down there.

This is the first year, barring 2014 and 2015, that I can recall State fans not claiming the backup is better than the starter. And it's been taken all the way to the other extreme. Now he's only our back-up because of money. So stupid. He's not horrible, and people aren't going to line up to play behind a Heisman contender.
