Who called you Anti-American for wanting to buy bitcoin? Second other countries do use it to avoid sanctions. Hence why the Secretary of Treasury seized some.

You can follow his actions on X.

What has been said is many of us don't want a CBDC as our main source of money. That gold, silver, and guns are best in a SHTF situation if the power grid went down and for investments it's best to have diversity and not put all your eggs in one basket.

That's just sick

or other in-kind payments, such as nominally charitable donations made to the Iranian Red Crescent Society,

Today, Treasury’s Office of Foreign Assets Control issued an alert warning the maritime industry that paying “tolls” to the Iranian regime for safe passage through the Strait of Hormuz may result in sanctions exposure. The regime may demand payment in fiat currency, digital assets, offsets, informal swap, or other in-kind payments, such as nominally charitable donations made to the Iranian Red Crescent Society, Bonyad Mostazafan, or Iranian embassy accounts. Treasury will not hesitate to take action against those supporting Iran’s military, including through “toll” payments. Maritime service providers should conduct enhanced due diligence around transits through the Strait of Hormuz.

Treasury Secretary Scott Bessent CONFIRMS: There will be NO Central Bank Digital Currency under this administration. "There will be NO central bank digital currency.. we have taken that OFF the table." Bessent also called for the CLARITY Act to be passed, which is a regulatory framework bill for digital assets like cryptocurrencies "When you look at digital assets, all the nonsense that happens, all the things you read about, that's because it's the wild, wild west offshore. So we got to bring it onshore. So I would encourage the House and the Senate to get CLARITY done."
