He said a player was better than another player, that’s his opinion, to immediately jump in and accuse him of that speaks volumes of you more so than anything else.
Poor lil’ snowflake is upset.

To call a racist a racist? Yes, I’ll never pass up that opportunity. A hit dog will holler.
The good ole race card. People like you desensitize actual racism because you want to throw it out every single time you disagree with opinion. Screw yourself idiot.

What exactly is the "race card"? And tell us what "actual racism" is. It takes many forms but your dumb *** probably limits "actual racism" to cross burnings and lynchings. Screw YOURSELF moron.

He would be the star hometown hero at Murray. He doesnt seem to want to go . He spent 2 years in big leagues and he aint got it - I was him spend last 2 years as the hometown hero and enjoy life ! Im aure Murray would at least match Dayton for nil. Wish him well but do believe hed enjoy it alot more at Murray or Western

Just goes directly to the reports of him being unrealistic about his talent level. However going to Dayton is a good sign of progress as its admitting he isn't big time cbb. So maybe he'll end at wku or Murray.

Should’ve stayed put.

Year 1 with Perry playing a small role among a bunch of other misfits went a lot better than year two when Pope tried to keep up with the SEC Jones.

Be like Oates, get a bama kid…be like golden get a Florida kid…be like Cal get an OAD who’s going to use UK to rehab and prep for league.

We saw where that got us.

Those misfits lost 12 games, 8 by double digits, finished 6th in the sec and lost n the ncaa tourney by double digits n a game they were never in.

This is UK. Popes first year gets way too much hype on here. By UK historical standards was not anything other than an average season.

Pope needs top tier talent to (maybe) win big here. He can't win with misfits or last year's type of roster.

Have you noticed how the local talent in Kentucky doesn't stack up to the talent in other states? Perry didn't show a huge jump from year one to year two. At some point you have to quit blaming the coaches for the hometown heroes not thriving at UK and accept that the state just doesn't produce as much as others.

I didn’t say fill the roster with 15 Kentucky kids.

A couple playing a role on a team isn’t going to be the ruin of the program.

Not everyone makes huge jumps from year 1-2. Especially role players.

With them it’s year 3-4, maybe 5 if they redshirt or get a 5th year exemption.

Cal never did it and it was his ultimate downfall. He could recruit the best of the best but there’s a half dozen Cal teams that would have been better with 3ish older program guys providing depth, stability, maturity, experience…

We needed a PG this year. We need bodies returning every year as portal churn inevitably takes its toll.

We needed a reliable point guard. Travis Perry is not that right now.
