Took out all the carpet too. Looks good.Good gosh. The building looks great. It has a better open, spacious look too, without all the flag clutter.
The flags made it look cluttered. They took one of the most historic and unique buildings on campus and gave it the charm of a Golden Corral.
Bring back the flags.
I don't care that they put up plaques.
Why don't they just turf it? After all it was Mississippi State's first indoor football practice facility. The flags made it look cluttered.
No grill Nazi... no care.
^^ Loves Golden Corral.Good gosh. The building looks great. It has a better open, spacious look too, without all the flag clutter.
the outdoor space is nice
Agreed, but they could have done something without making it look like it’s from the Jetson’sthe outdoor space is nice
Thanks Mrs. Perry.**Good gosh. The building looks great. It has a better open, spacious look too, without all the flag clutter.
I like it the addition to the north side of the Cafeteria. That side of the building was always so dark and dank looking. This will allow a lot more natural light for those spaces. It also adds a large outdoor dining area. The rest of the building exterior looks exactly the same as it always has.
I see gainfully employed tax paying Mississippians that contribute to the overall health and nutrition of the public and society in general. What do you see? With today being so racially focused it is not a good look that all the servers are African American in the deep south of Mississippi.
That's what I see also. Unfortunately there tends to be people that see everything through racial glasses in this day and age. They tend to like to stir the pot. Just something that I might be overthinking it but I would consider it if I was putting out the video to avoid it. Don't you notice how most commercials today feature multi-racial people and families. That's not an accident or coincidence.I see gainfully employed tax paying Mississippians that contribute to the overall health and nutrition of the public and society in general. What do you see?
A statue of her is needed. There was nothing better than that breakfast that lady could put on the griddle in the late 90’s. You order and she lays it all out in the griddle right in front of you.
Yes….2 pancakes, bacon and scrambled eggs please. Ok. That will be $2.50.
I miss the flags too, but apparently it was a hygiene thing. Not sure I buy it though...we've all survived and most of us probably have better immune systems for it.They took one of the most historic and unique buildings on campus and gave it the charm of a Golden Corral.
Bring back the flags.
I don't care that they put up plaques.
That is Ms Annie on the right opening the first door. She is a sweetheart and just loves everybodyAre we really needing 4 people to wait around to open the doors?
Also, where is the sorting hat?
It's beautiful.
We used to be a nation. A proper nation.
What if they just used less flags? Can’t we have some middle ground? It looks empty now or it looked cluttered then. The flags made it look cluttered.

Who makes the cut? What if they just used less flags? Can’t we have some middle ground? It looks empty now or it looked cluttered then.
‘Murica, states, and territories (including Alberta)**Who makes the cut?
The result of present, future, and former architects on campus…Agreed, but they could have done something without making it look like it’s from the Jetson’s
Remembered when a lunch at Starkville Cafe was $1.65 and included the drink plus tax. 1975 I think.A statue of her is needed.
Rotate them out periodically to clean them since someone in this thread mentioned an excuse of hygiene and cleanliness. Two flags, one stone.Who makes the cut?
Hang all the flags of the countries that currently have a student enrolled at State maybe?Who makes the cut?
That is a great ideaHang all the flags of the countries that currently have a student enrolled at State maybe?
Hygiene? Nah.Rotate them out periodically to clean them since someone in this thread mentioned an excuse of hygiene and cleanliness. Two flags, one stone.
