They took one of the most historic and unique buildings on campus and gave it the charm of a Golden Corral.

Why don't they just turf it? After all it was Mississippi State's first indoor football practice facility.

There was nothing better than that breakfast that lady could put on the griddle in the late 90’s. You order and she lays it all out in the griddle right in front of you.

I like it the addition to the north side of the Cafeteria. That side of the building was always so dark and dank looking. This will allow a lot more natural light for those spaces. It also adds a large outdoor dining area. The rest of the building exterior looks exactly the same as it always has.
Agreed, but they could have done something without making it look like it’s from the Jetson’s
Are we really needing 4 people to wait around to open the doors?
Also, where is the sorting hat?
With today being so racially focused it is not a good look that all the servers are African American in the deep south of Mississippi.
I see gainfully employed tax paying Mississippians that contribute to the overall health and nutrition of the public and society in general. What do you see?

That's what I see also. Unfortunately there tends to be people that see everything through racial glasses in this day and age. They tend to like to stir the pot. Just something that I might be overthinking it but I would consider it if I was putting out the video to avoid it. Don't you notice how most commercials today feature multi-racial people and families. That's not an accident or coincidence.

I miss the flags too, but apparently it was a hygiene thing. Not sure I buy it though...we've all survived and most of us probably have better immune systems for it.

What if they just used less flags? Can’t we have some middle ground? It looks empty now or it looked cluttered then.

Remembered when a lunch at Starkville Cafe was $1.65 and included the drink plus tax. 1975 I think.
Rotate them out periodically to clean them since someone in this thread mentioned an excuse of hygiene and cleanliness. Two flags, one stone.
Hang all the flags of the countries that currently have a student enrolled at State maybe?
