Diallo fits Pope to a T… He’s already accustomed to losing, which will work perfectly for UK next season!
Yep, it'll be just another "meh" recruitment "success", typical of the Pope era (and pretty much his entire career). He'll get Diallo, wait on Stokes, who'll end up at KU, then go get some mid-major nobody PG that shoots 29% from three, averages 8.7 ppg, 2 apg, and then Diallo will be the starter until he bangs up his knee, leaving the PG nobody running the show into the ground.

Some of you just bang on your keyboard. Geez. It' like a class full of 8 year olds loaded up on kool aid.

Diallo is the same or worse than Aberdeen.
This. Diallo would be another case of us using someone more in the nature of a “combo” as our point.

Which I’m sick and tired of. Except for the brief period when Butler was healthy, it seems like it’s been so long since we’ve had a true pure point guard running our offense.

I’m cool with either. Just get one and maybe, crazy idea, we could actually focus on getting starters at the other 3 spots.
