As has been pointed out, Wisconsin committed 11 fouls in the final 2:12. Badgers were down seven when the fouling started. Penn State committed 1 in that period.

In the first 37:48, Wisconsin was called for 10 fouls, Penn State 9.

With Wisconsin’s offensive sets, Reuvers struggling and Potter in foul trouble, there was no inside emphasis, which is the recipe for Penn State foul trouble.
