As a previous call out thread starter, you can’t put “call out” in the thread title. It won’t work.
And you have to put them down in some way, even if it is a joke.
For example, “we are going to start calling you Erik Paulus until you start hitting”

I wish his name was Erik Pull-some so he wouldn’t try to pull the ball every swing
I call him the pulse oximeter because he only gives us 0-2 counts

He's not coming off first. He just needs to quit spinning off of everything. He is great when hitting to all fields. His bad AB's are really bad though.
Yes. Does look like he is trying to pull everything. I think he is at his best when he uses the opposite field. I think he will be fine. You don’t all of a sudden not be able to hit. He would have had a hit in the first at bat if state wasn’t playing a softball outfield with a short fielder lol.
He had a bad night at the plate, for sure.
Hard to expect him to overcome that flaw he has exhibited but when he hits he hits the ball sharply & he is a pretty good glove at first.
We have some others who swing at terrible pitches too often. Our K’s last night were way too many…. amazing we won by that score when you give up the equivalent of 4 innings to K’s.
