At least our players don't suddenly become drug addicts the day they leave campus.

It always has.

you feel like handling this before it turns into a stupid “who’s got the bigger cock” thread again.

and I’m more then sure it was just proved and shown that Iowa players have drug issues just like ever other team in the country. Even after that, you are going to still come onto a Husker board and try and tell us Iowa and your players and staff are innocent. At least man up, grow a pair and say “Hey, every college has the same issues”...don’t try and pretend Iowa is the lone school in America that doesn’t have drug issues.

No, they just set up crack houses while still student athletes. But keep on telling us how terrible it is to have a guy fail drug tests for smoking pot, after he graduates.

I have nothing to add to the discussion but I just hate that a thread about a kid that picked DONU has fewer posts than one about a kid that picked someone else.

He has more intangibles than that other guy. His size alone.

We’re absolutely revamping the LB room. Just gotta get these kids molded into shape, avoid bad attrition, and see what can happen.

The OLB Recruiting should become instantly better now that Dewitt is gone.

Give this kid a couple years in the weight room and he could become a very good player for us. IMO, this kid looks like a better prospect than Bollers.

He looks like a better pure pass rusher. I think Bollers is more like Gunerson, where he can set the edge, but is athletic enough to also rush the passer and play in space. Right now, Nelson is the only OLB we have that set the edge against B1G OT and TE, but he can't do the other things they want in an OLB.

17.5 sacks as a junior and Nebraska doesn't have to sweat offers from the Florida big three because he's already got them.

This kid is 6'5", 205. Randy Gregory was 6'6", 210 coming out of high school in 2011. Easy comp for his ceiling. GBR!

Great, thanks for pointing out this kid will be just like Gregory! Does he smoke weed too?

His film is a little tough for me to analyze, I don't know much about the OLB position. Lots of plays where he is just totally untouched by any blocker, so it's hard to get a sense of what his technique is like.

Reminds me of that kid from Kansas that NU was looking at. Super odd film to watch because the tackle just doesn't even come close to blocking him in pass pro a bunch of times. Bunch of zone read type plays where he is left unblocked by design.

Thus, a pass rushing OLB. Weren't we just screaming for this?

This is a really solid get. Getting speed guys like this on defense is an absolute must. Great job by the coaching staff keeping the Florida connections going.

Kind of like what Chase Young did to Farniok this past fall???? Yeah I'll take this kid.

OLB from Miami, just picked up two crystal balls to Nebraska. Looks like a heck of a player.

Would love to see some junior season film of Randy Gregory from high school. Wonder how comparable he would be. Length' short area quickness, great hands. There is a lot to like about him.

If he is 18 or so, probably. Most kids smoke weed. It is not a big deal at all. Much healthier way to deal with stress and relax than alcohol. Weed helps you heal from aches and pains in a much better way than pain killers. More people should try weed. It’s not some scary drug. It’s quite natural.

Please don’t blow this thread up by speaking about how great weed is. Very shortly this will become a pissing match and a locked thread.

Let’s keep the Gregory comparisons to ability only.

I assume he was being sarcastic. But yeah I was strictly talking about his play on the field.
