Nova choked it away on the FT line. G-Town was money all game without a miss. (23-23 on FT's). Patrick should also give a big shout out to Uconn for helping out their confidence by letting em' score 58 points in the 2nd half on SAT....

I told you guys Villanova was in trouble, when you lose your top 2 PGs and 2 starters you are in trouble I don't care how good a team you are in this conference. Don't you guys remember Rickey Moore broken wrist against Colgate in 1996 and the year AJ Price was lost due to stolen computer or the year Jerome Dyson tore his ACL? This is what happens when you have late injuries. Ewing has Georgetown playing good ball their only losses the last month were to UConn.
Georgetown has three very good players and old school that’s all you need with some role players.

Are we a match up problem for Georgetown or did we just have everything clicking while they were off.
I can't imagine we'll shoot like we did at the start of our last Georgetown game again.
OldBosd thinks that if we meet again, it will be a much tighter game but still a UConn W.
I bet you 2000 dollars they lose to Nova/Hall winner. They are just not very good.
You shouldn’t talk about Chiefs test taking abilities like that. Standardized testing is biased.
I think you are underestimating Georgetown’s talent. They have 3-4 players who are pretty good. Georgetown also went 23 for 23 from the line - a key for post season success.
Chief is a big Patrick Ewing fan.
I watched a few Georgetown games earlier in the year and I thought their talent was solid, but they were playing inconsistently. They blew several games in which they had huge leads including against Villanova in which they were up 18 when Villanova was full strength. I thought they were underachieving and now they are playing more to their true talent level.
