I wish he had more to do with the UK brand. The way he runs the Heat is hard-core. Extremely hard practices and no bs type of stuff. Just a person i wish was around more. Pretty influential guy.

Hes the GM and President of the heat, a 6+ billion dollar business...he doesn't have time.
Not to mention, I believe theres a conflict of interest...for an executive or nba coach for that matter to mess with a collegiate team in any way

No doubt he doesn't have time still wish his culture could somehow be transferred over some kind of way. UK needs a brand like he has for the heat.
