Anyone use a password site like 1password? I'm so tired of all my passwords needing to be changed and never remembering what I used. However the thought of turning over access to some third party seems strange.

I use iPassword. Have for about three years. God forbid the thumb print fails to open it, as I've forgetten it's password lol

I use Last Pass with a Yubikey for a dual factor authentication.

Last pass for several years now. I'd be in deep trouble without it.

Use two factor auth for anything important and use different passwords for everything. I use the 6 digit code for last pass two factor.

I also use Authy for all of my 6 digit two factor codes if I can. This allows me to sync the codes between devices which is extremely handy for keeping my wife in the loop.
