I can only assume that parking was done this way to generate additional donations. While the logistics of the process are certainly a pain in the butt it only took a few minutes on line to complete the transaction. I’m certain that there are many people out there who like me wanted to do nothing more than renew the lot that they have been in for decades and not have to go through this process. Certainly not very customer friendly for a program trying to get fan support.

Hearing those with Chrome are having difficulty. Doesn’t sound so simple. And they really don’t do well with the loyal fans who kept this program afloat. Shouldn’t have to jump through hoops.

I'm making my selection Monday and it looks like Green lot still has plenty of spots... Made it to green for the first time this past season and it was great.

I still can't get in with Chrome on my MacBook Pro. No issues with Safari so I will go with that for now. No other issues with Chrome on any other website.

The website has not been working for me since 8:30am this morning
Try another browser and just use your regular log in (not the credentials in the email). Chrome still doesn't work for me, but worked every day up until today (I guess the RU Screw still exists). I used Safari with no issues. Yellow lot again! I am ready for the season!

If Chrome doesn't work (I had issues with it timing out and not working too), try deleting the following cookie, as it worked fine for me after that and relogging in: scarletknights.evenue.com. Quick update on spaces left:

LotSpaces Available

Green284 (was 319)
Yellow574 (was 687)
Blue1,189 (was 1,199)
Purple712 (was 713)
Black752 (was 753)

my group was in yellow for decades....about 10 years ago or so, they switched me to green without it being requested...could have been an accident, maybe not

anyway, most of the group liked the green lot, more so the women....I preferred the yellow because it was bigger, a little more party atmosphere in comparison....the green is smaller and more reserved for the most part.... not a big deal and adjusted to it.... only pain is if you want to leave the green at the end of the game and if most of the fans are leaving same time.

got my 3 greens today.....

Will take some getting used to but personally I like the new parking system. Now if only the priority points had a streamlined system...

I could go scarlet, the cost for 3 passes was about 10 grand..
I like to be on the grass, if given a choice, green or yellow

Got our 3 yellow today. Could have scarlet, but prefer yellow by a fair margin, as there's something primal about tailgating on grass (probably reminds me of playing football on grass as a kid/teenager, especially when we're throwing the football around). Plus, no lot empties out easier than yellow - that's why we switched from blue about 13-14 years ago.

I had no issue with the system, but then again, I don't use a phone for things I can do via my laptop (can't stand the tiny real estate on a phone screen), although I can see this annoying many.

I can't find the post now but thanks to whoever said to delete cookies in Chrome. I deleted all cookies for scarletknights.com and am good now. In the heat of the battle I just used another browser. Still p*sses me off it worked in Chrome with no issues until today.

I used the 6 payment plan and added the extra donation amount needed to qualify for my lot of choice I am concerned this amount might not be included when my window opens up on Tuesday. Anyone in the same situation who has any info. Thanks.

I’m on the payment plan which includes the donation. My ticket rep confirmed that my donation was counted.

You will be fine but the new system allows you to add your donation right there on the spot if you are under qualified. Alternatively you can log into the parking system before your time to review the donation level on file for your account.

For those less computer savvy, as predicted, it was ridiculously difficult and time consuming. Screen kept freezing and no response. I am on Chrome. I truly don’t understand the necessity of these show games If you have the points and contribution level. I’d like that hour and a half of my life back and don’t appreciate unneeded stress.

I gave up and just called my ticket rep.
Kudos to Tim Padden, ticket rep, who is the only reason I am still remaining a season ticket holder.

RU has to make it easier not more difficult.
Go RU!

They did make it easier. And for the few that still need help, ticket reps are available. Think of how many fewer calls and requests the reps now have. More time to do more meaningful work. Automation is great but it shouldn't eliminate customer service entirely.

Well here’s one long time season ticket holder informing you it was not easier and frankly don’t see the need for this. Can’t do on the phone, have to be on computer at specific time, web site freezes…

Sorry I’m not seeing if as “easier”

I'll be making my selection later this afternoon. I have logged in a few times already just to see how the system works. Seems like you just click the lot you want and how many passes. And then checkout.

Will let you know how it was later today.

This process is very irritating. I had to refresh the screen to get the "confirm selection" button to work. And there was this countdown clock on the selection window...

Yes, this is ridiculous..
“Countdown Clock”?!, these aren’t concert tickets we are getting..
Also don’t know when my “window” will remain open, as I won’t be able to get back to it for another few hours..
