Click on the lot, not the icon.
Just call them and they’ll take care of it. It could be an issue with the payment processor.
Seems like a big leap to make.
The technology can be frustrating but it’s pretty easy to get to a human so I’d like to see how this was resolved before sh*tting on the ticket office.

@Leonard23 no count down this year? Is it just pointless because spots for the lots were still open for weeks?
They didn't include the number of spots for each lot this year so I can't (unless I missed it).

All they did is show lots in either green or red to indicate whether spots were available.
Other than the light blue lot it appeared all lots had spaces available.

Monday 6/2 is Day 1 to pick...if he has Tuesday, Day 2, I assume in past he had Day 3 or further out. Unfortunately, I don't remember what day I picked in prior years and can probably search old email or calendar. I might try to do so just to see if I can correlate w Section124's change. If I do check, I'll report on it.

I just checked...I moved up from Day 4 (~10:30am) to Day 3 (~4pm) this year. Thought I had a lot more priority points from all my years in the club seats, but I guess since I'm not in club anymore that I've dropped back a few years ago. I did add one more season ticket this year...and I purchased 2 more season tix for my son (but those 2 are in his name, so go toward his priority points).
Correct...in the past I have been no earlier than the 3rd day to pick. Moved up to Day 2 at this point so good to guarantee my lot selection.
Now maybe the process could be more efficient but this is Rutgers.
HMMM, I didn't get my email yet, but yesterday I did confirm with my rep that I have enough donations & points for Yellow (apparently I also have enough for Green or Scarlet too).
This is the first year in decades I will not be hosting tailgates and we are moving out of the Blue lot back to Yellow where we started so many years ago. I look forward to partaking in the food trucks and getting out of the lot in less than 2 hours.

honestly, I have no idea. I just asked him if I had enough for yellow and he said yes "yellow, or green or scarlet" if I wanted.
It's almost impossible to find out the donations on the website and the paperwork they send is calendar year not their priority point year. It's just easier to ask my rep the question and let him figure it out for me.
Donations are under "account". In the e-mail I got about parking, there is a video tutorial, and the link is broken! Big surprise!!!!
That is not a separate donation to park. Our donations are much greater than $1250. So we should be good for Yellow, I hope. I e-mailed my rep.
Glad OP brought this up. I just checked my account and my donation are not showing up in my account. Smh
FYI... for those wondering, I have 158 points and my slot time is 10 a.m. on Wednesday June 4.
