I am also having an issue, perhaps similar to yours. I recently updated my email which prompted my ticket rep to create an entirely new account. No payment schedule shows up, donations do not show up aside from 4 points, etc. I was told it is all good on their end though but I have not received any information about parking.. or an email or call back in about a week.
I also emailed to ask when the payment schedule dates were. I wanted to pay the lump sum all together but was told I had to do a payment plan due to a system error? I haven't had another payment since the original one months ago. So far a bumpy road for this season
