Haven’t been to LBAC RAC JMA in a while.
Any tips
Pass needed ?
Gen Admin parking ?
You can pay the $10 upon entry for a yellow lot general parking spot (furthest away from the RAC). Get there early for these sold out games, as the traffic really backs up near all the entrances.

Plus, there will be a ceremony at 6:40 pm where they will raise a banner for the 2020-21 NCAA tournament team.

Work night games, arrive early … easier said than done. I’m guessing AD Hobbs, to celebrate the new sponsor affiliation, will surprise attendees with Jersey Mike sandwiches, or at least a certificate good for one.

For those who are going and parking in the APC, how exactly do you get into that? Is it like the same entrance as the old scarlet lot? Whats the deal?

FROM RUTGERS SITE

Men's Basketball Alternate Traffic Pattern

In the case of men's basketball games that are expected to be at near capacity or sold-out, Rutgers Athletics will implement an alternate traffic pattern for fans attending the game at the Rutgers Athletic Center. Fans are encouraged to arrive early, as increased traffic volume may delay ingress and egress.

  • Traffic turning onto Hospital Road from Ave E will be directed to create two lanes, with those having Green Lot, VIP and Handicapped access assigned to the right lane. Those with Yellow, or purchasing game day parking, will be directed to the left lane.
  • Please follow message boards, RUPD and Country Club Parking Attendants directions for access into the Green and Yellow Lots.
  • Fans with Green Lot parking passes should access Hospital Road via Avenue E. Fans with Yellow Lot parking passes and fans looking to purchase day of game parking should access Hospital Road via Metlars Lane to Suttons Lane.
  • Hospital Road will be closed at Suttons Lane, with signage directing visitors to Rockefeller Road, where Country Club Parking will be assigned.
  • After the game, Hospital Road will be split, as exiting traffic will be sent toward Ave. E and Suttons Lane. Traffic exiting from the Yellow Lot to Rockefeller Road will be permitted to go left or right.
