I know they both are supposed to have the CBS Sports Network I can’t find any evidence of it on Hulu, it is on Paramount+ but I don’t see our game listed anybody have any insight?

Paramount doesn’t carry that particular channel, which is BS. We have the premium bundle of Paramount with Showtime and still can’t get it. I found this out the hard way during last basketball season.
I believe there are only 4 streaming services through which we can watch the Global Jam games: Direct TV Stream; Fubu TV; Hulu Live; and Youtube.
As Cowtown Cat suggested, I think Paramount+ has some CBS Sports Net content, but not the live stuff and not the Global Jam games.

Spectrum app channel 322 has CBS Sports Network and it’s listed at 130 pm Germany vs United States
Maybe we can watch the replay from our beloved later this evening. I have dish but let my muti sport package expire and haven't bothered with it since it's off-season
