Good for him. Just barely faster than I run currently. Which is quite the accomplishment. But he obviously doesn’t have my wiggle.
So I guess there is a reason he was running past DB's all season. Somebody's going to take a shot on him.
Iowa fans still think that the only reason NU beat them and shut them out is because one of their lame *** DB's got hurt.

I still remember the half roll out when Iowa's "AA" LB was sooooo scared about getting beat to the outside by CT that he just stood there, like I did the first time I saw a ******.
I think with his year at NU. His Senior bowl practice week and now the fastest WR coming out he has bumped himself into a day two pick. 2nd or 3rd round latest.
It was hilarious how some of them wanted Marcus Washington flagged for targeting... for throwing a straight-on block at the line of scrimmage. But he hit DeJean really hard!
And after that, freshman backups had to cover Palmer because their heralded All-American media darling CB can't be bothered to cover #1 WRs.
Hope he enjoys a long career in the NFL, would like him as a take the top off WR for the Steelers
Will be interesting so see what kind of performance numbers Malachi puts up 3 or 4 years from now at the NFL combine.

From what I read about Trey, thing holding him back is his hands and blocking. he’s probably 15-20 ish ranked at his position. Maybe that 40 time will give him a little boost. I hope so.
A lot of WRs are drafted every year and a lot of WRs never make it in the NFL. NFL stands for Not For Long when you drop the ball. The ILL game will be heavily looked at with their amazing secondary and Trey getting shut down. I still think Trey needed another year but who knows.
Amon-Ra St Brown was looked over a few years ago in maybe one the best WR draft classes ever and he’s probably the 2nd best from that class now behind Chase.
It’s likely going to come down to who Trey’s QB is in the NFL. If he ends up with the Jets or Titans, he’s probably going to be in trouble. Put him on the Chargers or KC, then he’ll be a stud

Dude, I had no idea that their "good" DB was still in the game. Looking back on it now these two things were amazing
their "good" DB refused to cover Palmer (we know why)
And their QB was told to fake an injury so that they could put in the backup without making it look like they pulled the starter.
I still remember how they questioned DK Metcalf’s hands and flexibility pre-draft……. Palmer is going to have a good NFL career
