I was amused by many of the analyst who stated the Pac-12 deserved to get 7 teams in and that Oregon deserved a number 1 seed. Overrated isn't even the right word to describe their performance thus far.

I actually think the argument of going by conference is a bit silly. Ultimately this all comes down to matchups and players making plays.

If your conference is the best collection of good teams, those teams should win. That being said, watching these mid major teams punk the big boys shows that the gap may not be quite as large as we all like to think, not in a 1 game scenario that is.
