Owen Warhorse Nation Mourns

[Owen Stampede]

Today we lost a Warhorse, truly too young. Tate Brown, graduate of 2015, lost his battle with cancer. Great kid and great family. That kid was one of the hardest working kids I've ever seen come through the valley. He played along side of Jager as seniors. Hate how it ended for him but I know he fought all the way. Prayers to his family!

Yes, it's a tough loss. Tate was a great young man that I'm glad I had the pleasure to coach in both football and basketball in high school. He was a true Warhorse, as he fought to the end. God bless his family in the coming days.
