Is the area near 76th/169 considered "downtown" Owasso? If so, you could blind fold someone and once uncovered, they would not be able to tell the difference between South Coffeyville, Nowata and Owasso. That's a pretty shabby couple of blocks.

Yeah, about 1/3rd a mile to the west on 76th is the old "down town". It was a tiny town then blew up. However they just kept building north instead of fixing up any of the original town. There are some plans to redo the old main street, demolish some buildings and make it more of a true down town/gathering spot. Hopefully the 76th area right on 169 perks up. Has to be some decent real estate prices compared to north.
