so the wife has watched this for a while but I never did. She has been telling me to watch it and said she would rewatch it with me. I do love Scotland stuff from that time period. Is it worth it?

the first 2 seasons were really good. the others are good but not as good. It is worth watching IMO.

Seems like women tv. I mean some dude went down on a chick in a castle. You all know a mans show that dude is smashing in that situation.

I'm liking it in general - a little too much emphasis on not-so-veiled commentary on some issues via the plot lines, and Claire's tilting at windmills gets a little old. However, especially in the 1st few seasons, the landscapes, scenery well worth a look. After Season 3 it becomes a little slow-moving, but still interesting.
