Our Path to Atlanta

While it remains VERY unlikely, it’s November and we have multiple paths to Atlanta. We almost surely have to win out. Bama losing 2 of 3 to Ark, Auburn, and LSU is one. The others I see involve three way ties with weird tiebreakers where I think we’d have to hope for LSU to lose out (once they lose to Bama).

Again, I am not expecting this to happen, so please avoid flooding the board next week if we lose to Arkansas with posts saying we suck and we shouldn’t be thinking about the West and should be worried about making a bowl game. I just think it’s fun to even have this on the radar at this point in the season.

Anything can happen in this year's Iron Bowl. Bo Nix, aka Milo's Millionaire, is going to have to play a great game but Bama's D is softer than normal.

That’s what I’m hoping for. Obviously, we’d have to win some big games to still be in contention at that point but Auburn has been trouble for Bama the whole time Saban has been there, so I’m hoping for that. With Auburn losing to UGA, though, we should be pulling for A&M to beat Auburn. We’d lose out on a three way tiebreaker with Bama and Auburn
