"In fact, according to the evidence uncovered, cutting and packaging cocaine was, for some pledges, an indoctrination into the fraternities."

It sucks to see what people are willing to do to have a sense of group belonging.
And 17 the higher up frat people to the moon and back for misusing their power over others in such a way.

and not so good work. Huge cocaine drug ring bust at Penn St. fraternities. Damn, they had pledges packaging the coke up during hell week too! Pretty good initiation protocol.....

Penn State frat brothers charged with running cocaine trafficking ring
Look at some of these names of the ring leaders....they must have gotten in under a DEI initiative.

Agostino Abbatiello
Mohammed Hurabi
Lars Zeepvat

The lackeys who got misdemeanors, they mostly appear to have traditional Frat Bro names....

Liam Smith, Michael Brogno, Kaden Howe, Connor Hurleigh, Seth Beardsley, Kyle Ridpath, Daniel Price and Charles Wiseman are charged with misdemeanors. Paul Robinson is charged with felony tampering and hindering apprehension for trying to conceal evidence.

Well, if the football team can't get them into the headlines, I'm glad to see their students and fans step up instead.

I wish Jackie Wayne could have have stuck it out a little longer and not left college football to the Joe Paternos of the world.

My dad lived in Old Main back in the day before he went to WWII as a bombardier in a B24. He survived all that and later told me about some of the things that went on in Old Main. From bootlegging whiskey to illegal gambling and a little prostitution here and there. He said it was like a city broken bad with it's own rules and laws governing themselves. Guess some things never change, just the product does a little.

Kids these days. So many no no’s they were doing that a reputable coke dealer would NEVER do!
One of the main kingpin boy's dad tried to hide evidence and cover it up to keep his son out of trouble. And he was a dang lawyer in a reputable firm up there in PA. Guess he not only will lose his job and law license but could be cell neighbors with his son for about the next 20 years! What a cluster! FBI had been watching them for at least a year or more.
