I work for a company headquartered in the Midwest. In the 100 times I've met someone not from MS and we are talking ball or schools 100% of the time I've been asked if I went to OM. When I tell them I went to State they always talk about how nice we are and what a bunch of pricks OM guys are but that the women are hot. Every single time.
I'm not as concerned with our national image as I am with the MSU kids choosing OM for academics. The Duff kids are at OM......that's how you change a college endowment quickly.
