Our Biggest Weakness

Defensive rebounding. It's a very frustrating problem. We play great defense only to allow teams to consistently score garbage buckets on rebounds. I think it is too late in the season to fix the problem. I hope Murray can stay hot, because we are simply going to have to out score the opposition to win.

The good news is, defensive rebounding is a lot about effort. We miss Willis' rebounding. Skal and Humphries have been liabilities on defense today.

The most frustrating aspect of it is that we have great athletes like Lee and Poythress. We should be at least a decent rebounding team.

Today it was lack of scoring threats. When your primary second half unit features Lee, Briscoe and Matthews you become very easy to guard.

No front court. If Willis doesn't make it back, this team will bow out early. Poythress and Lee are upper classmen and play like freshmen.
