I will be changing the water in my aquarium in the back of my my van that doubles as a water bed the day we play OU.
OU beat Auburn in 2016 was the last time they beat a SEC team in a bowl game..
Here is the thing about OU, thankfully probably their best offensive player is going to the NFL in Stevenson. Dude was suspended for the first half of the year, and they were a different team when he came back. They do have some really good young RB's though so they will reload there.
Mimms and Rambo will be a big problem for Nebraska and like they said last night in the game once they find a spot for Mikey Henderson, he will be a matchup nightmare.
They are smallish on the D Line, but their backers are big and can move. A person will know more about NU after the first two game, but gonna have to have a power and QB run game to keep it close.

What's "unrealistic" these days? Winning record? Boy, those people are right that we have lowered the bar.
OU has multiple redshirt juniors and juniors that could get drafted this year but I believe Riley will convince them all to come back and try to get a natty next year. Rumblings are they think if everyone stays they will not only make the playoff but threaten to win the whole thing. I think Riley is going to use that message to keep a whole lot of juniors from leaving early. They will be loaded on both lines and all skill positions. Scary ****
Correct on bowl games. They also defeated Tennessee in the 2015 regular season.

Caleb Williams the incoming freshman QB (5 *) may beat him out. William's film is that good. He has a powerful, accurate arm and is built and runs like Jalen Hurts.

careful. you're in danger of being called ignorant for not just assuming NU will beat a team that killed us at home and another team just because of what conference they're in.
we've lost to first-time coaches and total guts/rebuilds and G5 teams in the very recent past.

Our last two-game winning streak was Sept. 14 and Sept. 21, 2019. On a positive note, it was against Illinois and a MAC team.

I thought their young RB was every bit as good as Stevenson. The only chance we have of hanging with OU is if they start next year like they did this year.
The negativity on this site for a game 10 months away is striking and sad. I hope to God none of the players or recruits waste their time on the ever negative Husker Board.
