Keshad Johnson won the dunk contest this year. Keshad Johnson.
Oh no, what has this world come to?! Some no name won a dunk contest, so I’m never watching the NBA again!!!

I’ll stick with lesser leagues where they miss wide open shots, but I’ll attribute it to good defense. Yeah, that’s what I’ll do!

Yeah lol not sure what the dunk contest being mid has to do with the game. Outside of a few of memorable contests, it’s been mid for nearly 4 decades.

NBA Playoff basketball is peak, it takes elite ball knowledge to say you like ball and refuse to watch it.

I just don’t understand all the anti-Association takes by supposed hoops fans. I watch all the leagues. College hoops is great, as is the NBA. Yet so many people stick to their 2004 stereotypes about the NBA, & these people should be thoroughly mocked.

Armchair analysts will say more points = less defense and do no further research. Games gone soft now that everyone has skill and don’t have to compensate with physicality.

Fran one win away from taking his 5th team to the NCAA Tournament, to tie Alford, Lon Kruger and Tubby Smith.

Rick Pitino holds record with 6.

Fran's would be his 4th from one-bid leagues
Can’t cheer for Fran against Yale — it’s also an alma mater—but he has Penn moving in the right direction.

I think I've heard Armstrong's name mentioned at some point, but having not watched UMBC play, I have no idea about his play. Like the name tho'.

A lot of old men yelling at clouds in this broadcast. 🤣

"Some of these guys are playing for 4 teams in 4 years"

"Some of these guys are just going to who pays the most, instead of working on their craft.... the money will come"

"These big guys need to get in the paint... All that height doesn't do you any good at the 3 point line"

Dickie and Charles talking about everything in the world except the game lol

It's funny. They keep coming back to "all these transfers".

Then followed it up with "the nice thing is.... Once the game starts you don't have to worry about all that stuff".

.... Except when you talk about the crazy world of college sports for the entire game
